You don't have to be the best skater on the block-heck-half of us haven't strapped on quad skates since the 80's. All that's needed as a willingness to learn and get involved.
Please email us at info@fmderbygirls.com for more information and attend one of our league practices to join. We will have recruiters available on location to answer all of your questions and to help you fill out all the necessary paperwork.
Our practice schedule is as follows for the fall:
Tuesday night 8-10pm at Skateland for on-skates training
Thursday night 8-10pm at Skateland for on-skates training
Sunday 11am-1pm at Skateland for on-skates training
Be prepared to fill out the following information:
1. FMDG Skater Information Form
2. FMDG Emergency Contact Form
3. FMDG Liability Waiver
4. FMDG Code of Conduct Agreement Form
5. FMDG ByLaws Agreement Form
And you will need to bring the following:
1. A Copy of your Drivers License (to verify your age and for league insurance reasons)
2. $40 for League Dues
3. Primary Insurance Information (if applicable - primary insurance is not required-but highly recommended. We use your primary insurance info for our emergency contact form)
Skaters must be female and 21+ years of age. Referees and support staff must be 18+. Anyone of any age can volunteer.
